Digital signage for businesses: displays, software and install under one contract

One vendor, one invoice, one number to call.

CrownTV has deployed 10,000+ commercial screens for 2,000+ companies since 2012, from a single 75-inch display in Herman Miller's Park Avenue showroom to L'Occitane's 150+ boutiques. We source the display, mount it, run our own software on it and pick up the phone when something breaks.

Hardware · Software · Install · Content

Four parts. One contract.

Most signage projects stall in the gaps between a display reseller, a software vendor and an installer. We run all four, so there's one invoice and one number to call when a screen goes dark.

The CrownTV media player, a small black box that plays content on the screen$2,950 to $9,950per screen installed, 32 to 98-inch

01 · Hardware

Commercial screens and our own player

Samsung commercial 4K displays at 500 nits, rated for long daily hours, with no buttons or brand logo on the front. Every display carries Samsung's 3-year commercial warranty and we handle the claim.

Behind it sits a CrownTV media player. It downloads content and caches it, so a short internet outage doesn't blank the screen.

The CrownTV Dashboard content library in a web browser$20per screen per month after year one

02 · Software

The CrownTV Dashboard

Our own browser-based CMS: scheduling, dayparts, multi-location groups, per-department permissions, live device status and an emergency override that reaches every screen at once.

It also embeds Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Google Sheets dashboards, so a KPI board updates itself.

03 · Install

Our crews, your walls

Licensed, insured install crews mount, wire and test. Your content is loaded before they arrive, so the screen shows your welcome message the moment it powers on, and you get a walkthrough on changing it from your phone.

Herman Miller's Park Avenue display went from first call to live in two weeks.

04 · Content

Make it yourself, or hand it to us

Build screens yourself in the Dashboard with templates. On a managed plan, drop creative in a shared folder and we load, check and publish it per location and per daypart.

Plan content for the wall's real shape before you buy it, so a 1×3 strip never ends up running a stretched 16:9 video.

Common questions

Business digital signage questions

What does digital signage for a business cost?

With CrownTV, $2,950 to $9,950 per screen installed, depending on size (32 to 98-inch). That includes the commercial display, mount, media player, install, training and the first year of software. After year one, software is $20 per screen per month.

Do I need special TVs?

For anything on more than a few hours a day, yes. Commercial displays are rated for long daily use, have no buttons or brand logo on the front, and carry a commercial warranty. A consumer TV's warranty doesn't cover business use, and in a sunny window it washes out completely.

Can I do it myself?

For one or two screens, sure. Buy a commercial panel, a mount and a software plan, and hang it. Where people get stuck is the network drop, the cable run and who to call when it goes dark. That's what the turnkey price covers.

What software do you use?

The CrownTV Dashboard, our own browser-based CMS. Scheduling, dayparts, multi-location groups, per-department permissions, live device status and an emergency override. It also embeds Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Google Sheets dashboards.

How fast can you install?

Most single-site installs are 5 to 7 business days after the paid invoice, sooner on request. Quotes come back within 2 business hours. Herman Miller's Park Avenue display went from first call to live in two weeks.

What support do I get?

Monitoring of every player and screen, remote fixes first, and a failed CrownTV media player swapped within 48 hours at no charge on a managed contract. Displays carry Samsung's 3-year commercial warranty and we handle the claim.
